LAWA CSPP Emergency Preparedness Training Portal

This student training portal provides access to required emergency preparedness training and certification programs for Los Angeles World Airports (LAWA) and Certified Service Provider (CSPP) employees. This online learning management system (LMS) is designed to ensure airport personnel understand their roles and responsibilities during emergency situations and are prepared to protect themselves, assist others, and support recovery efforts on airport property.

In alignment with the City of Los Angeles Living Wage Ordinance (LWO), this training supports the requirement that Certified Service Providers (CSPs) provide employees with annual emergency response training. Training is required within 120 days of hire and on an annual basis thereafter to maintain compliance and readiness.

This program follows the Certified Service Provider Emergency Preparedness (CSPEP) Training Plan guidelines established by LAWA and is structured to meet or exceed required training standards. The primary focus is on ensuring employees are equipped with the knowledge and awareness needed to respond effectively during airport emergencies.

• Guest assistance and public safety expectations

• Evacuation procedures and emergency communication protocols
