


Soil Testing – Post-Fire Assessment
Soil samples will be collected from the property in accordance with California Assessment Manual (CAM) 17 protocols and analyzed for heavy metals and fire-related contaminants to determine potential health and environmental risks following wildfire exposure. All testing is performed by a certified laboratory and complies with Title 22 requirements. A Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH) will review the laboratory results and provide a written summary of findings along with professional recommendations. Standard turnaround time for results and CIH review is seven business days from the date of sampling.
