Local technicians collect samples from vehicles and properties. SSM analyzes them on an MX908 mass spectrometer and documents the results in an SSM report.

King tides, heavy rain and winter surf can push water into garages and homes. We get you ready before it hits.

• Sandbags. Delivery, filling and placement at garages, doorways and low entrances.
• Flood barriers. Temporary barriers at garage openings and exterior doors.
• Emergency dewatering. We pump standing water out of garages, yards, crawlspaces and interiors.
• Vacant homes. We prep the property, place sandbags and document the work.
• Removal and cleanup. We pull the bags and clear non-hazardous debris after the water’s gone.

Floodwater can carry bacteria, sewage and chemicals, and moisture stays in walls and floors after the water’s gone.
